About Croudace Homes
Croudace Homes is a family-owned business, which has been building new homes since 1946. Now in our 75th year, we currently build approximately 500 homes a year.
We pride ourselves on design of the highest quality, which is why we have maintained a 5-star homebuilder customer satisfaction rating for the last 8 years, with 96% of customers recommending us to their friends and 94% satisfied with the quality of the build. We are one of only 5 housebuilders to achieve a 5-star rating every year since we were first eligible to participate.
Croudace developed a site off London Road, Newbury, in the early 2000s which delivered 208 homes, a community centre and around 200 hectares of open space. They also have two schemes in Basingstoke: a scheme for 425 homes at Vyne Park, and a site for 850 homes at Sherfield Park, consisting of a community centre, open space and a retail unit.
